While visiting Sarajevo, both of my kids got ear infection. This policlinic took us in immediatelly, doctor Dragan was very kind and emphatetic with the kids and calmed them down. I appreaciate this approach. The cost of the doctor check was 70 BAM per one kid. I dont know if they speak English though as we dealt with everything in Bosnian language.

Not only are they polite and clean, the waiting time was minimal for a walk in. Dr Svetlana was the most professional and helpful, saved my ear! And my sanity. Very good nurses as well and the staff was amazing, thank you!

I came after work, Dr. Gezo Jr. received me, examined me, gave advice and a recommendation on how to behave in the future. Of course he also did a short intervention to remove the discomfort that lasted for 2 years. He did not schedule me an unnecessary new examination, but gave instructions in which case to call. From all this it is clear that the patient is important and not how to take money. All recommendations !!!

I went a couple of days ago to do an examination with the doctor because I was having constant headaches and balance issues. I already am diagnosed with MS, and I have had an experienced relapse similar to one I had before. A younger doctor who works here, spoke with me for 15-20 minutes, gave me a lot of info, advised me about how things are, and even looked at my previous medical info. ALL THAT FREE OF CHARGE ! In a world of constant moneygrabbers and fake examinations just to get some sorry person money, this almost made full grown male cry. Thank you doctor, you are an awesome human being !
